Returns & Exchanges

Every printer we sell is covered by a 30-day return policy, counted from the day your order is delivered.

How to Start a Return

Email enquiry@getprinters.net with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is free.

Condition Requirements

Please include all cables and accessories that shipped with the printer. Original packaging is preferred but not required — pack the unit securely to prevent transit damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned printer, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you would rather exchange for a different model, tell us in your RMA request. We ship the replacement after the original unit passes inspection, and we refund or invoice any price difference.

Damaged or Non-Working on Arrival

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
